You will define strategy, mentor your team, and collaborate with the CLT and Global Head of External Engagement to align executive messaging with corporate objectives.

You will draft speeches, talking points, and briefings for Roche’s executives, support media interviews, and contribute to quarterly results reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of global communications experience, preferably in healthcare/biotech.
• Experience across public affairs, media relations, issues management and executive communications.
• Proven leadership of large, matrixed teams delivering global comms strategies.
