Qualifikationen

• Corporate/public affairs experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with C-suite executives.
• German and English fluency (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Co-create executive communication strategies and speaking agendas.
• Draft speeches, talking points, and internal messages for Roche executives.
• Provide rehearsals and communications training for leaders.
• Support global external engagement with talking points for media interviews.
• Contribute to quarterly business results reporting.
• Represent External Engagement on cross-functional teams.
• Help break down silos and transfer key learnings across Roche.
