Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/diagnostics sector preferred.
• Exceptional writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with executive communications, employee engagement, channels and event management.
• Digital and social media expertise, LinkedIn thought leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Co-create executive communication strategies, including setting the strategic agenda for speaking engagements for Roche's executives.
• Draft speeches, talking points, briefings, video scripts, letters, and internal messages for Roche's executives.
• Provide rehearsals for speeches and communications training, including Q&As and performance feedback.
• Support the Global Head of External Engagement in drafting talking points for executive media interviews.
• Contribute to quarterly business results reporting.
• Represent External Engagement on cross-functional teams and forums with communications SME expertise.
• Help break down silos across business areas while transferring and leveraging topics and learnings.
