Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting or ESG disclosure.
• Strong project management across cross-functional reporting processes.
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI) and related regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sustainability or related field.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end preparation and delivery of the annual Sustainability Report.
• Ensure reporting rigor, governance, documentation standards, traceability and audit readiness.
• Coordinate data collection, validation and consolidation across functions.
• Translate complex sustainability data into transparent, decision-useful reporting content.
• Assess impact of new/reporting standards and regulatory requirements on disclosures.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant reporting actions.
