Zusammenfassung

Belimo in Zürich seeks a senior ESG reporting professional to lead Group Controlling’s sustainability disclosures and data governance. You will collaborate with Sustainability and Investor Relations to ensure transparent reporting and compliance with GRI, IFRS/TCFD, ESRS and CSRD.

You will implement governance, data quality controls, and drive group-wide ESG processes across functions, ensuring reliable analytics and transparent progress.

Qualifikationen

• University degree with a focus on finance and sustainability or a comparable qualification.
• Proven professional experience in the ESG field, ideally in a similar role or in consulting.
• Solid knowledge of ESG reporting standards (GRI, IFRS/TCFD, ESRS) and regulatory frameworks (CH OR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Structured and well-organized working style combined with analytical thinking and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with a high degree of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Monitor new ESG reporting regulations and implement relevant standards across the group in close coordination with external partners and auditors.
• Ensure the completeness, integrity, and reliability of our ESG data while continuously improving the KPI framework, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Preparation of the external sustainability reporting in close collaboration with the relevant departments, Group Sustainability, and Investor Relations.
• Support the implementation of our ESG goals, from definition and data preparation to transparent progress measurement.
• Develop ESG guidelines, manuals, and governance structures, and implement a risk-based control framework for data quality and transparency.
• Optimize group-wide processes and collaborate closely across functions with various departments.
