The role requires extensive experience in logistics procurement, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Expect global travel up to 30% and close collaboration with Legal, SCM and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in logistics, procurement, business, economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, consulting or logistics environment.
• 5+ years of team leadership or management responsibility.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the global transport & logistics category strategy with clear spend and risk management.
• Lead supplier negotiations, SRM, and drive cost savings to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with adidas policies, processes and budget.
• Collaborate with Legal, SCM and other functions to align specifications and contracts.
• Drive RFX processes and supplier selection; manage contract implementation and performance.
• Develop and maintain a global provider portfolio for the category.
• Travel up to 30% to engage with markets and suppliers.
