Zusammenfassung

WHO - World Health Organization seeks a senior leader to head governance and interoperability for the Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN). You will drive policy, architecture, and sustainable business models while coordinating with WHO regional offices and partners to advance digital health standards and secure health data governance.

The role requires extensive experience in digital health, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on HL7 FHIR, IPS, and PKI.

Qualifikationen

• Essential master's level or higher in a relevant field such as health informatics, computer science, public health or information systems.
• Desirable PhD and certifications in digital health interoperability standards, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture.

Aufgaben

• Lead governance for the GDHCN trust architecture and oversee governance and financial mechanisms.
• Coordinate the GDHCN secretariat, SAG, and policy decisions on use cases and standards.
• Design SOPs, data sets, policies and operating rules for GDHCN use cases.
• Oversee design, validation, and maintenance of GDHCN infrastructure for interoperability.
• Ensure sustainability, donor coordination and financial models for long-term viability.
• Engage with WHO departments and external partners to align with digital health priorities.
