Zusammenfassung

HQAI is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance to lead the professional delivery and continuous improvement of its quality assurance services, including CHS audits and ISO/IEC17065-aligned procedures. The role also oversees the QA team, maintains audit schemes, and guides external representation on technical matters.

Based in Geneva, the post requires senior leadership experience in third-party conformity assessment, extensive knowledge of CHS, and collaboration with HQAI’s network and partners.

Qualifikationen

• More than 10 years’ experience in third‑party conformity assessment and quality assurance.
• ISO 9001/14001 Lead Auditor and/or CIA certifications are required.
• CISA/CRMA and related qualifications are assets.
• Master’s degree level in a relevant subject is required.
• Solid management experience with leadership and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience in humanitarian and/or development sectors with HQAI CHS schemes.

Aufgaben

• Lead HQAI quality assurance services and ensure professional delivery and adherence to policies.
• Develop and maintain HQAI CHS quality assurance schemes and drive continual improvement.
• Oversee audit schemes, internal controls, and auditor pool management.
• Represent HQAI externally on technical topics and strategic matters.
• Collaborate with finance to manage QA budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Support tech development and safe use of AI within HQAI operations.
