Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related field with substantial experience; MBA/MS preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product, portfolio, and market strategies with life-cycle management.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities: market analysis, pricing, budgeting, profitability assessment.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development and implementation of global product portfolio strategy, including launches and life-cycle management.
• Drives profitability and pricing strategies with regional marketing and stakeholders.
• Tracks global performance metrics: volume growth, pricing realization, market share, and brand equity.
• Represents the product in cross-functional forums and local/global marketing councils.
• Supports supply chain, procurement, and capacity planning for allocation and sourcing decisions.
• Provides market insight to R&D for future customer needs and opportunities.
