Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Switzerland seeks an experienced Data Architect to design and deliver data-driven solutions for a major global program in the Commercial Insurance sector. You will develop conceptual, logical and physical data models, perform complex SQL or PySpark data analysis, and partner with data engineers, analysts and product teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of data architecture experience, skills in Sybase PowerDesigner, and an interest in applying AI to data governance

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience as a Data Architect.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering, data flows and integration.
• Conceptual and logical data modeling; PowerDesigner.
• Strong SQL or PySpark for complex data analysis.
• Experience with data warehousing design (dimensional and 3NF).
• SDLC and Agile/SCRUM software development processes.
• Ability to align data architectures with organizational strategy.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end data analysis and solution design for data integration in a major global program.
• Design and deliver conceptual, logical, canonical, and physical data models across data domains.
• Perform complex SQL-based data analysis.
• Maintain models in a CASE tool and support SDLC/Agile development.
• Collaborate with customers to understand data needs and democratize data access.
• Work with data architects, analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
