Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re's Data and Technology Finance team seeks a Solutions Architect to translate business needs into robust data architectures across the Finance landscape, including actuarial and risk systems. You will work with engineers, product owners, data specialists, and stakeholders to deliver sustainable, scalable data solutions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of hands-on architecture, design or engineering experience in financial services.
• Hands-on SDLC experience and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Strong data skills: data models, flows, transformation logic, lineage, and data quality.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear architectural direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline; Spark/Python/SQL experience preferred.

• Design scalable, well-governed data ingestion, transformation, and lineage solutions.
• Assess options with value, feasibility, and cost considerations; communicate trade-offs.
• Promote automation, observability, and evidence-based decision making.
• Validate designs with real data points and stakeholder feedback.
• Bridge business, architecture, product, and engineering from concept to delivery.
