Zusammenfassung

ITU seeks a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day cybersecurity operations, the 24/7 SOC, and security projects. You will oversee SIEM, EDR, NGFW, and cloud security across Unix, Windows, and Linux, coordinating with an MSSP to ensure continuous protection and compliance.

You will design incident response playbooks, disaster recovery plans, and cyber drills while steering risk assessments and governance aligned with international frameworks and ITU digital transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Seven+ years in cybersecurity operations and security management, incl. three at international level.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EPP/EDR, NGFW, and MSSP oversight.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred; other GIAC/CEH/CISA desirable.
• Proficiency across multi-cloud security and AI/ML threat considerations.

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex cybersecurity projects and infrastructure.
• Oversee 24/7 SOC operations and security services across multi-cloud environments.
• Lead SIEM use-case development, threat detection, and automation initiatives.
• Develop incident response playbooks, DR procedures, and cyber-drill scenarios.
• Coordinate with MSSP and manage SLAs, vendor performance, and contracts.
• Support enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and KPI reporting.
