ITU seeks a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of cybersecurity infrastructure and the 24/7 SOC, in a fixed-term role based in Geneva. You will manage security projects, vendor relationships, and incident response, with a focus on AI/ML threat detection and multi-cloud security.

The role requires advanced cybersecurity expertise, strong vendor management, and the ability to coordinate with international partners and UN agencies.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• CISSP/CISM strongly preferred; other security certifications desired.

• Lead hands-on operational management of cybersecurity infrastructure and 24/7 SOC.
• Oversee SIEM, IPS/IDS, NGFW, EPP/EDR, IAM, and cloud security across multi-cloud environments.
• Manage MSSP relationships, SLAs, and incident response workflows.
• Drive SOC modernization with automation, AI/ML threat detection and playbooks.
