Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join a global Creative & Design team for a 9-month interim maternity leave replacement. You will lead end-to-end creative and marketing initiatives, coordinate production, and manage schedules in Asana, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with priorities.

You will collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Production and Business teams across time zones, drive process improvements, and support AI-driven workflow

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing creative or marketing projects in a structured environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing initiatives.
• Build, maintain and optimize project schedules within Asana.
• Coordinate creative asset production for product launches and campaigns.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with priorities.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Define and adapt workflows for deliverables including video, photography, digital content, and AI-generated content.
• Maintain governance, documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead status meetings, reviews, and communications with cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and support AI-powered workflow enhancements.
