Bat Group is seeking a battle-tested Chief Operating Officer to lead and scale the operational backbone of our brands. You will oversee the entire agent and customer lifecycle, from recruitment and training to payroll, reporting to the Board and guiding long-term strategy.

You will drive strategic operations, lead multilingual customer service, and supervise the Swiss HQ and Lisbon hub—delivering a seamless, scalable engine that supports 5-star service at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in operations, with C-level or VP Ops exposure in mid-to-large orgs.
• Experience scaling and professionalizing high-volume workforce operations.
• Proven track record managing multi-site/hub operations across regions.
• Strong leadership across diverse, international teams and functions.

• Strategic Operations & Scalability: unify service model across regions and drive high-quality workforce management.
• Departmental Leadership: overseeing recruitment, HR admin, payroll, and customer service with KPI alignment.
• International Management: coordinate Swiss HQ with Lisbon hub; ensure cross-border alignment.
• Financial & Resource Management: manage budgets, drive ROI, and ensure necessary tech and human capital.
• Year 1 Success: bridge Swiss and Lisbon hubs; achieve lower churn and scalable processes.
