Job summary

Actalent in Kaiseraugst is seeking a Consolidation & Reporting Manager to lead the global consolidation and management reporting process. You will own the close calendar, ensure Swiss GAAP FER compliance, and deliver Board-ready materials.

You will partner with entity finance teams across regions, implement efficiency improvements, and drive accurate financial storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER; IFRS exposure is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments with complex intercompany structures.
• Hands-on experience with Tagetik, ERP systems (Dynamics) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation across all entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in Swiss GAAP FER; IFRS exposure a plus.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation, currency translation, and closing processes.
• Oversee management reporting and Board-level materials.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting cadence; act as system owner for Tagetik.
• Coordinate with entity finance teams and senior stakeholders; provide strong financial insights.
