BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG in Schönenbuch is seeking a Congress & Tender Management Specialist to lead planning and execution of national and international congresses, trade shows, and customer events while overseeing end-to-end tender processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and Customer Service to optimize sponsorships, pricing, and bid strategies, with a focus on accuracy and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in event/congress management or project management within MedTech, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences.
• Experience in tender management, bid preparation, or public procurement in a regulated healthcare market is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and execute national and international congresses, trade shows, symposiums, and events.
• Coordinate event logistics, venues, booth presence, travel, and speaker management.
• Develop and monitor event budgets with KPIs and ROI.
• Engage healthcare professionals and sponsors; manage opportunities.
• Identify tenders across designated markets from portals.
• Coordinate timely, compliant tender responses and bids.
• Align pricing, documentation, and bid strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain tender databases and analyze outcomes to optimize future activities.
