Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a motivated Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate for a Quality Control Compliance role on the laboratory floor. You will work directly with QCII teams to drive GMP/ISO compliance, data integrity and continuous improvement in a fully site-based setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on quality work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributing to audits, CAPAs, and training initiatives. German language skills are mandatory alongside English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related field.
• Interest in QC, Compliance and regulated environments.
• Basic understanding of GMP regulations is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Support QCII laboratories in maintaining GMP/ISO compliance.
• Assist with CAPA implementation, investigations, and timely closure of quality events.
• Partner with lab teams to identify and implement continuous improvement.
• Drive data integrity and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
• Support 6S activities and improve laboratory organization.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, SOPs, and compliance programs.
• Contribute to training activities and quality implementation across QC II.
