Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, or a related area.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications and media relations, ideally with a focus on sustainability communication and issue management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong interest in sustainability matters (knowledge of the cocoa sector is an advantage).
• Well organized, able to set priorities, meet tight deadlines and handle workload peaks.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and working in cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a hands-on work attitude and a service-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Group’s sustainability communications activities, including the annual sustainability report, press releases and presentations.
• Manage media relations and act as media spokesperson for the Group.
• Develop communication strategies and materials.
• Create Q&A, key messages, briefings and speeches.
• Support executive communications.
• Contribute to communications preparedness for issues and crises.
• Support subsidiaries on Group-relevant communications matters.
• Support Group events, such as press conferences or the annual shareholder meeting.
