Burger King Europe GmbH is seeking a Director of Global Commodity Management & Analytics to establish and lead a Center of Excellence for commodity intelligence. You will shape market intelligence, cost modelling, and risk management across direct categories including proteins, grains, and packaging, while guiding regional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires deep market expertise, strong negotiation experience, and a track record in deploying AI-enabled analytics to drive procurement

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of global commodity procurement experience in FMCG, food service, QSR, or agri-food.
• Proven ability to negotiate upstream raw commodities at scale (proteins, grains, oilseeds, packaging).
• Experience deploying AI/analytics for forecasting, market monitoring, or procurement support.
• Experience leading a Centre of Excellence or data capability within a global organization.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead RBI’s Global Commodities & Intelligence CoE, defining its operating model and team structure.
• Define global commodity intelligence strategy with forecasting, risk assessment, and procurement timing recommendations.
• Develop AI-enabled forecasting models, real-time market monitoring, and should-cost tools.
• Lead upstream commodity negotiations across direct category portfolio by market; support risk management program.
