Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering.
• Proven leadership experience in analytics, data science or data engineering teams.

• Build, lead, and mentor a growing, multi-disciplinary analytics team spanning analytics engineering, data science, and data operations across EMEA.
• Collaborate effectively with global data and technology teams in a matrix-style organization.
• Own the short- and long-term data strategy for EMEA including the target data architecture and platform roadmap.
• Lead analytics product design and delivery with internal teams and external partners, including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversee data quality, cataloging, and governance practices and ensure GDPR compliance.
