Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Quality leader to consolidate Commercial Quality processes and support the Global Template under the Transcend program. This hybrid role oversees cross‑market standardization and the development of a unified SAP S/4HANA‑based template.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensure alignment with the future‑state blueprint, drive change management, and contribute to training content and documentation while maintaining high‑quality process

Qualifications

• Experience leading global quality process standardization and rollout.
• Strong ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and governance.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA ERP and global template design.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of Commercial Quality processes and support Global Template development.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across markets.
• Act as Change Champion to facilitate global rollout.
• Develop and steward the Global Template with integrity and consistency.
• Apply global business reasoning to mitigate risks and issues.
• Build processes aligned with future‑state ecosystem architecture.
• Support testing, training design, and documentation updates.
• Document end‑to‑end Commercial Quality processes for knowledge centers.
• Provide insights for training and compliance content.
• Establish standard testing approaches for process validation.
