Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Template Owner in Quality Management to lead the standardization of Clinical/R&D processes within the Transcend program. This hybrid role spans multiple locations and requires coordinating across regions to implement a unified SAP S/4HANA backbone.

Responsibilities include developing the Global Template, guiding change management, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior stakeholders and global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a complex, multi-ERP environment.
• Experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement projects (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and standardization of Clinical/R&D Quality business processes.
• Develop, document, and steward the Global Template aligned with the Transcend roadmap.
• Support training design, compliance documentation, and ongoing process updates.
• Documentation and mapping of end-to-end Clinical/R&D Quality processes for knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance on testing approaches and validation activities during deployment.
