Bavarian Nordic Berna GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to act as the operational link with CMOs, coordinating materials, schedules, and documentation to enable compliant vaccine manufacturing and reliable supply. The role offers broad end-to-end exposure to external manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration across teams in a Swiss-based, hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You have 3+ years in supply chain, external manufacturing, planning, or similar roles in pharma/life sciences.
• You possess GMP experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• You have hands-on experience with ERP and quality management systems.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate supply activities to deliver approved plans and manufacturing schedules.
• Manage materials, samples, product flows, POs, invoices, and manufacturing readiness.
• Act as the main supply chain contact for CMOs and align internal/external stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks, resolve execution issues, and support GMP-compliant operations.
• Drive improvements to increase efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence.
