F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Kaiseraugst seeks a Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager for an 11‑month assignment. The role oversees labeling, packaging, and device assembly outsourced to CMOs within a GMP framework, coordinating internal supply chain, procurement, and external manufacturers.

Responsibilities include project onboarding, contract negotiations, budgeting, and KPI reporting. Candidates should have 8+ years pharma experience, strong leadership, and SAP/ERP proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical, business, or supply chain field; Master’s a plus.
• 8+ years in pharma, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Experience in clinical drug manufacturing or CMOs preferred.
• GMP experience required.
• English proficiency; German beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Organize and oversee clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly outsourced to CMOs.
• Manage onboarding, timelines, and delivery performance for outsourced orders.
• Drive RFPs, SOWs, supplier negotiations, and vendor selection.
• Define supply strategies and own budgeting for CMO projects.
• Establish team scope, KPIs, and governance across functions.
