Flexsis, on behalf of Roche, is seeking a reliable Global Clinical Distribution Lead to oversee on-time delivery of study shipments within the Kaiseraugst distribution network.

The position is hybrid, requiring three in-office days per week at our KAU office, with an ASAP start and a planned one-year assignment likely to extend. You will collaborate with PETs, gSETs, and external partners to ensure patient demand is met and operations run smoothly.

Aufgaben

• Manage the On-time Delivery Performance for network supply shipments in the distribution network to meet study requirements and patient demand
• Engage on Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and ad-hoc meetings on behalf of PTDS
• Drive resolution of operational and system matters impacting on-time delivery with internal and external providers
• Coordinate network depot supply in alignment with Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and other partners

As a Global Clinical Distribution Lead, you will play a variety of roles according to your experience, knowledge, and general business/team requirements, such as:

• Manage the On-time Delivery Performance for network supply shipments in the distribution network to meet study requirements and patient demand
• Effective participation and engagement on Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and ad-hoc distribution-related meetings on behalf of PTDS
• Drive resolution of operational and system matters impacting on-time delivery collaborating with providers internal and external
• Execute and coordinate network depot supply in coordination with the Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and other partners as needed
