Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech contracts or clinical budget management.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and CROs.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management: drafting, review, approval, execution.
• Ability to assess contractual risk and manage contracts independently.
• Clinical budget review experience including pricing, payment terms, financial impact.
• Experience supporting global clinical studies and CRO/vendor contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and manage clinical trial agreements with sites and sponsors.
• Manage budget escalations and provide strategic solutions to study timelines and financial objectives.
• Track completion of all contractual documents for sites.
• Establish project timelines and set goals for teams; monitor performance.
• Develop contracting strategies, manage investigator grants, and support proposal development.
• Create contract and budget templates, systems, tools, and training materials.
