Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Zurich to lead the global Client Data Management agenda within Life & Health Reinsurance. You will translate strategy into executable plans, mobilize cross-functional teams and drive timely decisions across regions.

You will manage governance, dependencies and risks, delivering measurable outcomes while shaping the operating model and data governance for the client data landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading projects and change initiatives, preferably in (Re)insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management across business and technology.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear project scope, milestones and delivery plans.
• Provide delivery oversight across interdependent workstreams and regions.
• Manage dependencies, risks and issues to drive outcomes.
• Partner with sponsors and senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and enable timely decisions.
• Drive transformation of client data processes, governance and operating models.
• Manage resource requirements and project finances.
