Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven success managing strategic supplier relationships and complex negotiations.
• Strong leadership including team development and stakeholder influence.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable financial and operational results in a global environment.
• APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma or related certifications are a plus.

• Develop and lead global third-party procurement category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance, innovation, and risk management.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations to deliver cost savings, cash flow improvements, and business value.
• Optimize the supplier portfolio while ensuring quality, continuity, and speed-to-market.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Finance, Quality, and Brand teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
