• Contribute to development and implementation of sourcing strategies for logistics & distribution with significant cost reductions.
• Lead or support sourcing events to drive cost reductions and improve service quality.
• Identify new suppliers and market innovations to qualify for business with Estée Lauder Companies.
• Monitor external market conditions and potential impacts on category strategies.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract discussions; implement and record contracts.
• Analyze results against global and regional KPIs and cultivate supplier relationships.
