Qualifications

• Completed commercial education or ongoing studies in Business Administration.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in German and English.
• Enjoyment of working with people and collaborating across teams.
• A structured, reliable approach with attention to detail.
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Motivation to learn and gain practical experience in an international company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal activities.
• Preparing and updating documents, presentations and correspondence.
• Maintaining records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the organisation of workshops, meetings and events.
• Following up on open tasks and helping colleagues keep projects on track.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify administrative processes and contributing your own ideas.
