Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programmes in global organisations.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities: planning, governance, reporting and milestones.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and executive reporting skills.
• Experience in dynamic, regulated business environments.
• Balance strategic objectives with operational execution and compliance.
• Experience across geographies and stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving and ambiguity management.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, operational or regulated environments.
• Evidence of PM certification: PMP, PRINCE2, MSP.
• Experience managing global brand implementation, rebranding or brand modernisation.
• Knowledge of packaging, labelling, trademark, or regulatory governance.

• Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans with governance and QA.

• Drive stakeholder alignment across commercial, legal, regulatory and operational functions.
• Provide executive reporting on programme progress, risks and compliance status.
