Zusammenfassung

Roche invites students and recent graduates to join Global Engineering as an automation SME intern. You will support major CAPEX projects, build and configure an automation sandpit, and advance vertical integration between shop-floor hardware and IT systems.

You will work with cross-functional global teams to define and harmonize automation standards, gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge industrial automation across Roche sites.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a degree in one of the listed engineering or science fields or recent graduate (≤12 months).
• Experience with PLC programming in at least one platform is preferred.
• Solid understanding of industrial automation concepts and architectures is required.
• Basic networking knowledge is a plus for IT integration.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support global CAPEX projects as an automation SME.
• Design, set up, and maintain an automation sandpit for hardware-to-IT integration testing.
• Assist in implementing vertical integration across OT and IT layers.
• Help standardize automation architecture across Roche sites.
