Zusammenfassung

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) seeks a Switzerland-based consultant to lead and deliver client engagements in asset management and related services. You will work with prestigious clients, shaping operating models, processes and IT solutions while collaborating with senior leadership across offices.

Fluency in French and English is required; 2+ years of consulting experience in financial services is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of proven consulting or project experience within a leading financial institution or consultancy.
• Experience with blue‑chip financial services organisations, asset or wealth management is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills; capable of client relationship development.

Aufgaben

• Based in Switzerland, carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients in asset management.
• Participate in operating model, business process or IT solution projects for distribution, CRM, and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, mentors and cross‑functional teams to deliver client impact.
• Contribute to practice development, and participate in growth initiatives within Alpha.
