• Support commercial account management: prepare data analysis and meeting materials, assist with negotiations and contracting.
• Help resolve operational queries by investigating and addressing complex questions from EF Travel or airline partners.
• Maintain airline information and communications: update SharePoint, contribute to weekly airline newsletter.
• Lead defined projects relevant to airline account management with team support.
