Ripple is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to bridge the gap between our treasury-focused SaaS platform and clients’ business goals in a Swiss, Genf setting. You will lead discovery, design the To-Be state, and configure the platform to maximize efficiency and ROI for financial institutions, government bodies, and developers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations (ERP/SaaS).
• Ability to challenge status quo and guide clients toward better outcomes.
• Strong technical understanding of complex software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Excellent communication; translate technical concepts into financial terms.
• Treasury domain expertise (cash management, payments, risk, hedge accounting).
• Finance background with cash flow, debt, and risk discussions.
• Fluency in English and German; other languages a plus.

• Design and document the To-Be state and configure Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet goals.
