Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our expanding AI advertising solutions team. You will own the full sales cycle, qualify inbound leads, prospect new clients, and close deals with B2B customers in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2) are required, with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales and CRM proficiency (Salesforce). The role offers a base salary of €30,000 plus performance bonus and relocation support for Spain

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and tailor AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
