EY seeks an experienced GEO and SEO specialist to support EY's strategy across global and country websites. You will implement optimization practices, monitor performance and enable stakeholders to adopt standards at scale.

The role connects strategy to execution, collaborating with global and local teams to improve organic search visibility, AI discoverability and content performance across EY’s digital ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundation in SEO with focus on content optimization and governance.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, crawlability and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiar with AI-driven search ecosystems and GEO principles.
• Experience with enterprise SEO platforms to measure impact at scale.

• Execute SEO and GEO optimization to boost visibility and content performance.
• Optimize content for traditional and AI-powered discovery, including LLMs.
• Review content and implement recommendations to improve organic results.
• Apply governance standards and operating model requirements across activities.
• Monitor adherence and identify opportunities for consistency and quality.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and priorities.
• Diagnose underperforming content and recommend corrective actions.
• Use enterprise platforms to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Provide practical SEO and GEO guidance to content teams and stakeholders.
• Support adoption of standards across content, campaigns and publishing.
