Job summary

Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) seeks a Geneva Site & Workplace Manager to define the medium-term space strategy and lead refurbishment, fit-out and relocation projects for the Geneva site.

You will oversee hard and soft facility services, manage budgets, and partner with business leaders, landlords and service providers to deliver safe, cost-effective and employee-friendly workplace solutions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in FM/Real Estate/Architecture/Engineering/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five years in workplace/real estate/facility management with refurbishment or fit-out.
• Experience developing business cases for senior decision-makers.
• Knowledge of hard and soft FM, lease/asset management, budgets, procurement, contracts, supplier performance.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating external partners.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety, security and business continuity.
