Zusammenfassung

Enova Group in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to lead risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards for chemical processes. You will collaborate with EHS, Engineering, Production and Maintenance teams to prevent major accidents and drive continuous improvement in process safety performance.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of HAZOP/LOPA/SIL/ATEX, with fluency in French and solid technical

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Safety within a chemical or pharmaceutical industrial environment.
• Proven experience conducting Process Safety studies.
• Strong knowledge of HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and ATEX methodologies.
• Good knowledge of international Process Safety standards such as API, CCPS, IEC 61511 and SEVESO.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams and equipment specifications.
• Fluent French and good technical English, particularly for reading and writing international HSE documentation.

Aufgaben

• Conduct and update process risk assessments (HAZOP, What-If, LOPA) and identify prevention and protection measures.
• Interpret thermal safety test results (DSC, C80, RC1) and mitigate risks in chemical processes.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to safety in investment projects and facility modifications.
• Contribute to Management of Change (MOC) processes and verify compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance on Process Safety matters.
• Participate in regulatory audits, Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) and safety studies.
• Train and raise awareness on Process Safety principles and best practices.
