J.P. Morgan is seeking a Private Banking Client Service Specialist to be the primary service contact for Private Banking clients in Genf. You will collaborate with bankers, investors, product specialists and operations to deliver seamless service across Private Banking products.

On a daily basis you will manage client transactions, monitor cash and balances, and support account maintenance. Ideal candidates have a business degree or equivalent financial qualifications, fluent English and French,

Qualifikationen

• Business degree education or equivalent financial qualifications.
• Previous experience in financial services or banking.
• Understanding of deposit, brokerage, custody and investment products.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality service to Private Banking clients
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within deadlines
• Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems
• Research potential fraud situations, errors, and losses to ensure prompt resolution
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with bankers and product partners
• Verify and maintain data quality related to client hierarchy and accounts
• Participate in special projects as assigned by Team Manager
• Coordinate and follow through on client requests for products and services
