Zusammenfassung

RIMOWA in Geneva is seeking a dedicated luxury retail professional to join our store team as an after-sales and client-facing specialist. You will welcome clients, ensure a premium store experience, and support after-sales processes.

Fluency in French and English, with a passion for luxury, will help you connect with international customers. This role is based in-store with career development opportunities within LVMH.

Qualifikationen

• For advising our international customers, you speak fluent the national language and English, ideally you have additional language skills.
• The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about selling luxury products.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming our clients.
• Ensuring that our clients feel comfortable in our luxurious store environment at all times.
• Organizational support in After Sales Service, stockroom and deliveries.
• Representing RIMOWA in the best luxury way.
• Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations.
• The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store - as an after-sales professional, you'll continue to be a professional point of contact for all after sales topics.
