Job summary

MSF Switzerland is seeking a motivated L&D Unit Intern based in Geneva to provide organizational, administrative and communication support for the Learning & Development unit. You will work under the Head of L&D, contribute to learning activities, and help manage internal communications and knowledge platforms.

This full-time internship (40h/week) requires a degree in a related field and offers exposure to international humanitarian work, with a monthly gross remuneration of CHF 2,000.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience is required; however, previous employment can be an advantage.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience with humanitarian or development work, charity work or volunteering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational, administrative and communication support to the L&D unit.
• Support online knowledge platforms and internal communication tools (e.g., Kompas, SharePoint).
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment processes and HR follow-up activities.
• Contribute to learning activities delivery and material preparation.
