Musket Europe, SARL in Geneva seeks an experienced FX Manager to own and evolve its foreign exchange risk management. This build-and-run role requires critically assessing current FX exposure identification, tracking, and hedging processes across multiple regions.

You will own systems, drive improvements with IT, coordinate with traders and finance, and report to leadership on exposure and governance as the function matures.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Middle Office experience in trading/banking or commodity environments.
• Strong ability to learn and improve risk management processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with counterparties, banks, brokers, and internal teams.
• Comfort working across multiple currencies and regions.
• Curious, improvement-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Identify, quantify, and track FX exposure across above-the-line and below-the-line activity.
• Develop and implement hedging strategies aligned with the risk appetite.
• Learn the current FX tracking/management systems and drive improvements.
• Partner with traders, finance, and IT to implement changes and govern FX processes.
• Produce clear reporting on FX exposure and hedging for leadership and governance bodies.
