TORMAX, a leading Swiss manufacturer of door systems, invites applications for General Manager TORMAX Distribution EMEA (m/w). You will lead the distribution business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, develop strategy and ensure profitable operation.

You bring a strong technical background, 10+ years of management experience, travel 30–40%, German mother tongue with English, French or Spanish advantages, and a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Distribution Business in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• Develop and implement the distribution strategy.
• Full P&L responsibility; achieve yearly budgets.
• Day-to-day running of the Distribution Business.
• Lead sales field activities and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop network of distributors representing TORMAX in regional markets.
• Oversee technical support, training and quality control of distributors.

General Manager TORMAX Distribution EMEA (m/w)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the company’s overall Distribution Business in the EMEA world region (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
• Develop and implement the strategy for the Distribution Business
• Full P&L responsibility. Achieve the yearly budgets
• Day-to-day running of the Distribution Business
• Ensure strong sales field activities along with targeted marketing campaigns
• Develop further the network of trustworthy and reliable Distributors representing TORMAX in their regional market
• Responsible for the technical support, training and quality control of the Distributors in order to ensure the Installation and Service of TORMAX door systems according to TORMAX standards
• Lead a motivated and strong team with entrepreneurial spirit and high motivation. Lead by example
