TORMAX, a leading Swiss manufacturer of door systems, invites applications for General Manager TORMAX Distribution EMEA (m/w). You will lead the distribution business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, develop strategy and ensure profitable operation.

You bring a strong technical background, 10+ years of management experience, travel 30–40%, German mother tongue with English, French or Spanish advantages, and a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background.
• Additional education in business management.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Several years of management experience in the construction business an advantage.
• Willingness to travel (30-40%).
• German as mother tongue, proficiency in English, French and Spanish an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality.
• Pragmatic, precise and structured way of working.
• Excellent MS Office and ERP know-how.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Distribution Business in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• Develop and implement the distribution strategy.
• Full P&L responsibility; achieve yearly budgets.
• Day-to-day running of the Distribution Business.
• Lead sales field activities and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop network of distributors representing TORMAX in regional markets.
• Oversee technical support, training and quality control of distributors.
• Lead a motivated, entrepreneurial team.
