Ethinc, an AI & data consultancy based at EPFL Innovation Park in Lausanne, is hiring a GenAI & ML Engineer to work on real client projects. You will contribute across the full AI lifecycle, from data pipelines to model deployment, including LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-enabled tooling.

You will also handle vector search, embeddings, and document-processing workflows, with a focus on robust production deployments and clear technical documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical foundation across AI and software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and backend development best practices.
• Experience with ML model development and evaluation.
• Familiarity with LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, or AI agents.
• Ability to work with real-world data and deliver usable systems.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to full AI development lifecycle from data pipelines to ML models.
• Develop and deploy Python-based services (FastAPI/Flask).
• Build and optimize ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Create LLM-powered applications and retrieval-augmented generation features.
• Implement dashboards, monitoring, and client-facing documentation.
