Qualifikationen

• At least three years of relevant pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience.

Aufgaben

• Translate portfolio strategy into a clear commercial tactical plan.
• Drive implementation of the plan with cross-functional teams.
• Lead development and execution of promotional campaigns and sales materials.
• Plan and execute commercial events, congresses and sponsorships.
• Coordinate across Sales, Medical and Marketing with timely delivery.
• Gather customer, market and competitor insights for business reviews.
• Contribute to regional marketing networks and local portfolio insights.
• Forecasting, financial planning and broader portfolio responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles.
