Project.ngo in Geneva is seeking a Fundraising and Partnerships Intern to help secure donors, foundations, corporate partners, and public institutions supporting cybersecurity for civil society. You will learn hands-on fundraising and partnership development in an international nonprofit setting.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in relevant fields such as business, marketing, international relations, or cybersecurity.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of fundraising techniques and partnership building.
• Knowledge of creation of concept notes/proposals/applications for funding/collaborative purposes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, detailed and organized.
• Commitment to work in NGOs – nonprofit sector

Aufgaben

• Support fundraising strategy, donor and stakeholder management.
• Research and identify donor prospects and partnership opportunities.
• Keep CRM and databases updated.
• Write/adapt concept notes and proposals for outreach.
• Steward existing donors and manage relationships.
• Prepare events submissions and supporting materials.
• Maintain updates of key strategic documents (work plan, reports).
• Organize meetings and events.
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
