The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal, fluency in German and English, and strong MS Office proficiency. Experience with FINMA and fund contracts is preferred, with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law or Paralegal.
• Experience in a comparable function with funds or distribution channels in asset management.
• Experience working with authorities like FINMA, FMA, AIFM, GFSC.
• Knowledge of fund contracts, fund docs and compliance manuals (KYC/AML, cross-border, UCITS).
• Strong organisational skills and professionalism towards stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High IT literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Register investment funds with FINMA and act as contact for foreign funds in Switzerland.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Singapore, etc.
• Analyze cross-border distribution processes for investment funds.
• Handle regulatory questions on onboarding fund managers (KYC/AML, tax, due diligence).
• Update country-specific compliance lists for fund documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and investors.
• Support contract management and legal reporting.
• Maintain fund documents, minutes, and assist with general meetings.
• Engage in ad hoc projects as needed.
